Meditating in a group is a powerful experience, that can also help keep you on track with your practice, and provide a space to learn too.
Our time together will include at least two meditations, with guidance and insight into their meanings, and the focus of the individual chant.
We will also have time to share inspiration and learning together over a drink.
With a maximum of six places, this is a space for people at all places on their meditation journey to feel safe and valued.
Before heading home, you are also welcome to make use of the lakeside facilities at Monument Park, or unpack your conversations further at the on-site Picnic Hamper cafe.
